Shipping Charges: $6.00 minimum per domestic order; $10.00 minimum per foreign order.  Domestic orders add $6.00 on orders of $30.00 or less; add 20% on orders over $30.00; add 15% on orders over $50.00.  Foreign orders add $10.00 on orders of $50.00 or less; add 20% on orders of $50.00 or more for surface postage. Payments: Check, Money Order or Credit Card Authorization must be included with order. Foreign orders must be prepaid via an International Money Order payable in U.S. Funds only or credit card. Canadian orders may be paid via a Canadian Postal Money Order in U.S. Funds.
